Level 0
-Work within sight of TC
-Ask permission to go to the bathroom (TC will appoint someone to chaperon)

-Check with TC before going to breaks

-Check in with TC when you first arrive at school to show homefun is completed
-Stand outside the door at 9.00, 11.20 and 2.00 bell times until asked to come inside
-TC's approval needed for all computer use - use computers within teacher range of vision

-Sit beside TC on the mat

Level 1 (Everyone starts here)
-Always work within sight of TC - on mat zone
-Ask permission to go to the bathroom

-Only use computers with TC's permission

- Show TC your completed deadlines when you first get to school

- You need to work with Level 2 or higher people

- Walk at the front of the line

Level 2
-Always work in the same classroom as TC (not necessarily within sight)
-No need for bathroom permission
-May run messages with teacher’s OK
-Permanent internet permission for assigned learning tasks - with TC in the room

Level 3 (Most students should be at this level by the end of the year)
-Work in other classrooms or areas of the school (with TC's permission) if necessary
-Email access, provided it is school related.
-Internet permission for assigned learning tasks
-Jobs / tasks around the school without adult supervision

-Use other ICT equipment such as digital and movie cameras when needed - without specific permission (with the understanding that files will be copied and removed from the devices immediately and the batteries are left to charge.

Level 4 (only two or three people can hold this license at a time)
-May occasionally accompany a Level 2 license holder if working in another classroom (with TC's OK)
-Internet and email access without direct permission, on the understanding it would be for responsible learning tasks

In case of other adults looking after students, replace TC with supervising adult
